Media Socialist is a blog about, and a testing ground for, social media online.

That means we're gluttons for blogs, social networks, social bookmarks, wikis, user-generated video, photo-sharing, and everything Web 2.0.

Twitter and Search Capability: Together at Last!

July 15, 2008 – 2:17 pm by Griffin Hammond

Just days after I wrote about techniques for finding information on Twitter, including Summize, a Twitter-specific search engine, the two have become one. The Twitter blog reports their micro-blogging service has acquired the popular search tool. This means that Summize is now available at search.twitter.com, and in the near future, a search bar will be integrated directly into the pages of Twitter.

So for those of us looking for people talking about our brand or company, our job is easier.

For those of us posting our lives on Twitter, be careful what you say. Everyone is listening.
