Blogging the Biofuel Road Trip

July 30, 2008 – 9:24 am by Griffin Hammond

CNN is running an interesting blog, about two guys driving across the country on biodiesel.

Producer Cody McCloy and web developer/biodiesel enthusiast Brian Hardy will spend the next two weeks driving from San Francisco, CA to Atlanta, GA in a 30-year-old diesel vehicle to report on the convenience and effectiveness of biofuel in the U.S.

If you’re into alternative fuels or cross-country road trips, it looks like an interesting read. They started Monday and have already posted six updates.

And apparently the route of their 2,500-mile trip is undecided, and they’re taking destination suggestions. Click here to give them your ideas, or visit the blog here.
